 | Booking your ideal villa holiday with Kalkan Oasis is easy!

| Once you have found availability to suit your needs
and have read the booking
conditions, simply
use the enquiry form, or
e-mail us with
your name, contact details, intended dates of arrival and departure and the
number of people in your party.

| We will usually reply within 24 hours of receipt of your contact form or e-mail and either confirm
availability or, should your choice be unavailable, we will try to offer you a
selection of alternative dates.
|
| We will require a deposit of 10% on confirmation of your booking
which is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. The remainder of your
payment is due 6 weeks before departure either by cheque or by bank
transfer. A reminder will be sent to you by e-mail 1 week before your payment
deadline.

| If you are booking your holiday within 6 weeks of departure, then the full amount must be paid on confirmation in
order to secure your holiday.
|
| A security deposit of £50 will also be required. This is refundable at the end of your
holiday, subject to confirmation from the site Manager that no damage occurred
during your stay.
|
| Kalkan Oasis are not responsible for your travel arrangements (other than
local transfers if booked through us) or insurance requirements. It is your
responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance is held for the duration of
your holiday.
